Gather with Jim Haefele's family, friends, and former students in support of the James F. Haefele Memorial Scholarship!
Please join the James F. Haefele Memorial Scholarship committee for an afternoon of memory-sharing, singing, and drinks to honor and commemorate the late Jim Haefele.
On Saturday, April 30, from 1-5pm at Lithology Brewery in Farmingdale, we'll gather Jim's family, friends, and former students to remember this influential man.
No entry fee, but please RSVP and consider making a donation to the scholarship fund
Food and beverage available for purchase
Event will be mostly outdoors unless there is inclement weather
Group sing-a-longs throughout the day
Family-friendly event (all ages welcome)
A more formal choir fundraiser will be held in February 2023, but we want to get together for a long overdue celebration of Jim's life. We hope you can be there.

We’re currently seeking:
alumni who are interested in sponsoring the event, or are affiliated with a company who would be willing to sponsor the event
an A/V company willing to donate lighting equipment, sound equipment, video cameras, and/or staffing
alumnus who has experience in Stage Management/Directing who would be willing to donate their services
alumnus who is a photographer willing to donate their services
alumnus who can help with graphic design/branding willing to donate their services
a professional printing company willing to print programs and music for free (or discounted)
an in-kind donation for green room supplies (water, snacks, etc.)
alumni with footage from high school concerts from any year
alumni willing to record a video answering the prompt “What did Mr. Haefele mean to me?”
